Both RNA quality and DNA quality are essential for obtaining reliable results. This service verifies the quality of the total RNA and the genomic DNA provided by researchers before proceeding with sample preparation. Gene regulation

For gene regulation biochips, transcription factors and epigenetic changes, researchers are required to prepare their samples according to their respective protocols. The Biochip service will then carry out biochip hybridization, washing, staining and scanning.

The Biochip service uses the Partek^® Genomics Suite for biochip analysis. This software can support all kinds of Affymetrix biochips.
