The CRCHUM’s Biochip Service enables the processing of genome and transcriptome analyses. It uses the Affymetrix platform, which includes the GeneChip® system (one 3000 7G Plus scanner, three fluidic stations and one hybridization oven) and the GeneTitan® system with a Biomek® FXP robot enabling high-throughput experiments with automated protocols. 

Our services are intended for researchers from academic, hospital and industrial settings.
